Computer Science

Department of Computer Science was established in 2007-08 with intake capcity 80. This is a three year integrated course.

VISION:

To empower rural students by imparting quality education in Computer Science and related fields and strengthen their foundation to face the challenges in computer world.

MISSION:

To provide excellent graduates that work in carriers in computing & associated technology fields.
To provide high quality instruction to our students, and equip them with the state-of-the-art knowledge and skills in computer science that they need to take up real-world challenges.

Department does not have separate library but the students use college library. Our College has a separate, specious and well equipped building for library, having around 73,042 books with latest 74 Periodicals, 156 CDs/DVDs and 18 Newspapers. Reading room facility is available with individual study zones for students separate for boys and girls and faculties as well. The library is well equipped with audio-visual aids and it is computerized. The college library has the interlibrary borrowing facility with Jaykar Knowledge Resource Centre (Savitribai Phule Pune University), Y.C.M.O.U., Nashik, Kusumagraj Foundation, Nashik and K.T.H.M. College, Nashik. Our college library has subscribed two databases like N-LIST and DELNET. Under N-LIST Programme about 6000+E-Journals and 31, 35,000+E-Books are made available to readers. The Library timings are from 8 A.M. to 5.00 P.M.
